What immediately stood out to me is that the story goes far beyond a children's adventure. It uses a remarkable real-life journey across the Atlantic to explore courage, friendship, forgiveness, and personal growth in a way that feels both exciting and deeply meaningful.

I also appreciate how the voyage itself becomes more than just the setting.
